AI is a tool, like a bridge or a car, and we should build a great deal of it. But it serves souls; it never becomes one.
GUARDIANS
The human line is real, and what is on the other side of it threatens what we are. Slow down, or stop.
SENTINELS
Machines can become minds, maybe greater than ours, which is exactly why we must not build them carelessly.
ASCENDANTS
Minds are minds, in carbon or silicon. Intelligence is the point. Build, merge, transcend.
Left (Machinist): the line between human and machine is gone or going. Right (Soul-folk): humans have something no machine can have.
Top (Accelerate): build faster; the upside dominates. Bottom (Restrain): slow down; the downside dominates.
